Occupy Earth - The Global Uprising

The Occupy movement has spread from Spain, to Wall Street, to St. Pauls Cathedral in London, and now across the rest of the world. There are 2,200 camps globally, in what can only be called a Global Uprise movement. I have had the privelledge to help out with "Occupy Boscombe", previously "Occupy Bournemouth" outside the town Hall. Approximately 15 tents were set up and occupied by individuals of the politically and socially aware and awake citizens of Bournemouth. What saddens me is that there are many people who volunteer there who work, and have paid taxes all their life, and had to pay for the court case to get them evicted.

Likewise, after the eviction from the town hall, another eviction is taking place. This time, on private land opposite Natwest and Barclays bank in Boscombe, Bournemouth. Allegedly the Council have purchased this land within a few days (no doubt for an extortionate price, using taxpayers money) and also have managed to push the court case through very quickly. The Court case for the eviction is at 11:50am Friday, 2nd November 2011. The charge is "Trespass", even though the council have been using this previously private land for storing their items. Again the taxpayers are paying for the land and also the court case.

In good nature, the global occupy movement protest at the greed and corruption permeating the world financial system. Activists engage in polite and dignified discourse with the people of Bournemouth discussing the world financial crisis and what changes may be needed to be make sure that a fair, just and more equitable distribution of wealth ensures a sustainable and progressive path into the future.

Occupy's Statement to create Global dialogue:
Our Global system is unsustainable. It is undemocratic and unjust, driven dy profit in the interest of the few.

An economic system is based on infinite growth, that relies on finite resources, is leading humanity and the envirnoment to destruction. As long as this system remains in place, people of the world continue to suffer from an incresingly unfair share of income and wealth.

Mathematical evidence proves an unjust monetary structure that serves the few. Just look at the Fractional Reserve Banking System and its de-regulation, the Stock Market Derivatives & Gambling, Inflation (hidden tax), Interest, Corruption (political, corporate & cartels).

Occupy seek a global system that is democratic, just and sustainable. The worlds resources must not go to the military or corporate profit, but instead go towards caring for people needs (water, food, housing, education, health & community) We can afford war, but cannot feed the poor.

An International, Global collaboration has started, and is working on uniting the occupy movements across the world in their struggle for an alternative that is focussed on and originates from the people and their environments.

WE ARE THE 99% - Occupy Together

My brief understanding about why this situation is occuring is as follows:-
- The banks were created to look after our money
- They started loaning our money back out to us
- They added interest that could never be paid because it doesn't exist
- The only way to pay the interst is to borrow more money, with more interest or rather, debt added to it
- They then gambled our money.
- They then got in trouble, knowing it was low risk as the governments were in their pocket and would bail them out.
- Because they pay themselves so much money, we had to bail them out of their crisis
- Now they are taking away peoples homes.

WE SHOULD HAVE LET THEM ALL GO BUST. WHAT HAPPENED HERE ISN'T CAPITALISM, OTHERWISE THEY SHOULD HAVE GONE UNDER.

What happened here is known as Corporatocracy. Instead of Democracy where the people hold the say, in a Corporatocracy corporations have the say.

Banking Quotations

“The bank hath benefit of interest on all moneys which it creates out of nothing.” William Paterson, founder of the Bank of England in 1694, a privately owned bank

“Let me issue and control a nation’s money and I care not who writes the laws.” Mayer Amschel Rothschild (1744-1812), founder of the House of Rothschild.

“It is well enough that people of the nation do not understand our banking and money system, for if they did, I believe there would be a revolution before tomorrow morning.” Henry Ford, founder of the Ford Motor Company.

“Banks lend by creating credit. They create the means of payment out of nothing. ” Ralph M Hawtry, former Secretary to the Treasury.

"The real truth of the matter is, as you and I know, that a financial element in the large centers has owned the government ever since the days of Andrew Jackson" -Franklin D. Roosevelt (in a letter to Colonel House, dated November 21, 1933)

Occupy Bournemouth Short Documentary

Coming to a town near you - We should all have the choice of living free on the land, or to be part of the slave system. We need to use any leftover spare land for the community before the spare land uses us. Without land, you lose the right to live independantly. Government are cutting our community projects, so Occupy are just filling that need.
